For my first time in Bali, I stayed at Anantara Ubud. Having previously stayed at other Anantara resorts, I chose this property knowing the brand's high standard of quality, and they did not disappoint. I was booked in a forest view pool villa, which was absolutely perfect for the privacy and relaxation I was looking for. The exceptional communication leading up to my stay ensured a seamless experience. The team coordinated everything beautifully, from Dea assisting with my Mount Batur trekking, to Juni organizing the Mengening purification ritual. I especially appreciated Era, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and had an amazing stay. Truly fantastic communication! Breakfast and lunch at Kirana exceeded all my expectations. The breakfast selection was outstanding. Fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. The lunch menu offered a great variety of both local and international options, all expertly prepared and served with personalised attention. The entire team makes you feel welcome from the exact moment you arrive, and I was so impressed that they remembered my name. A huge shout-out goes to Rena, whose exceptional service, warm energy, and incredible attention to detail truly elevated my experience. I would absolutely love to come back!

I truly enjoyed my 1-night stay at Anantara Bali Ubud Resort. Upon arrival, I checked in directly at the lobby lounge, where I was welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and a traditional Tridatu bracelet. I especially loved seeing and listening to the beautiful Gamelatron at the lobby — it created such a unique and calming atmosphere. The room was very spacious with a beautiful jungle view. During my stay, I had the chance to swim in the pool, work out at the gym, and enjoy the steam room at the spa. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, ranging from buffet selections to an all-you-can-order à la carte menu. What I loved the most was opening the room window and listening to the sounds of insects and nature, accompanied by the gentle breeze. It felt incredibly peaceful, and before I knew it, I had fallen asleep until it was time to check out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and an escape from the crowds.

We recently stayed at Anantara Ubud Bali Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until our departure. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We were especially touched by the fact that the staff continued waving goodbye even after our car had driven a considerable distance away. It was a small gesture, but one that perfectly reflected the sincere hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. The culinary offerings were excellent. The dishes were delicious and thoughtfully tailored for international travelers who may not be accustomed to very spicy food, allowing our whole family to enjoy the meals comfortably. The excursions were also very well organized and professionally executed. My two teenage daughters and I joined the Mount Batur sunrise trek, and our guide, Ms. Devi (I hope I got her name right), was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of my daughters throughout the trek, and her attentiveness, encouragement, and positive attitude made what could have been a strenuous climb a much more enjoyable and memorable experience. The Balinese massages were another highlight of our stay. They were deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of activities. I would also like to express my appreciation to the concierge team for their responsiveness and attention to detail in helping us arrange our activities before and during our stay. Overall, Anantara Ubud Bali Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We left with wonderful memories and are grateful to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We would not hesitate to return on a future visit to Bali.
